How it works: exporting tool data and importing it into Fusion
The starting point is your existing tool library in FeatureCAM. You export the tool data from the system, and the interface transfers it automatically into the Fusion tool library. The library structure is preserved, so your CAM programming finds the same tools in the same place as before.

Which tool data is transferred
A tool in FeatureCAM is more than its geometry. Alongside the master data, it carries cutting values, assignments to machines and workholding, and your company's internal numbering. The interface transfers all of this together, so no part of the information needs to be added by hand afterwards.
This matters most for shops with multiple machines or specialized workholding, since that's where most of the configuration effort sits.

Effort compared to rebuilding from scratch
